Hello to my friends, family and colleagues. I have decided to create a blog! I get many questions from friends and family in regards to my career choice. Questions such as “What do you do in the winter?” and “So you just mow the grass?” …etc. This blog will not only assist in answering those questions but will help me keep a record of my previous experiences, keep in contact with colleagues, and to have more material to add to the resume.

Before I dive right in. I would like to introduce myself to those who may not know much about me. My name is Kayle Fullforth. Born and raised in Rochester New York. To those who do know me well…they understand that I love this city. Outside of the Golf Course realm…Rochester is a great place to live! Beautiful fresh water lakes, wineries, amusement parks, and local festivals are a small synopsis of what it has to offer. I graduated from Monroe Community College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration and then continued on to the State University of Delhi where I completed my Bachelors in Golf Course Management/Turfgrass Science. Through various internships and full-time positions on golf courses across the country I now live and work in my hometown of Rochester New York. I currently work at Penfield Country Club as the Assistant Superintendent.
