The focus during the next few weeks will be the bunkers!

Heavy rainfall this year sure has affected the bunkers. Standing water, sand being dispersed…theres work ahead!

To start things off…the bunkers received their first haircut today.

They sure were shaggy. 

We are almost at full staff which is a relief every year. In addition to daily course set-up and mowing the bunkers can finally see their routine maintenance. 

Below image shows the end result of the first mow.

During the coming weeks…

-Weeds/rocks will be pulled/removed 

-Sand that was washed away will be shoveled/raked back into place.

-Edging 

-New style of bunker raking will be implemented. As shown below.

All of which I will cover as the process plays out.
